 This is an unpublished draft of the cover illustration for a book called 'New Rights New Zealand: Myths, Moralities and Markets,' by Dolores Janiewski and Paul Morris (published by Auckland University Press in 2005). The giant hand is the Invisible Hand of the Market, which is bestowing dollar notes on its loyal worshipper... Dylan Horrocks is a cartoonist, author and artist who spent some of his youth growing up in Grey Lynn, now living in Maraetai. He is the author of the graphic novel 'Hicksville' and the comic book series 'Pickle' and 'Atlas.' In the mid-1990s he drew a weekly comic strip 'Milo's Week' for the NZ Listener.
